CDS has been providing solutions to your ground water and underground concerns for more than 25 years.  Dick Neumann, who has been developing and improving groundwater control systems for more than 30 years, started CDS as a small, local Michigan groundwater control contractor.

Soon, the local contractor evolved into one of the largest and preferred groundwater solution providers in the United States because it could offer superior services for drilling, pump systems and environmental underground projects.

CDS is a leader in developing and implementing the latest technology and applications for the industry, including slurry walls and in-situ mix, one pass trenching and a variety of deep drilling techniques. Recently, CDS created additional underground services that complement its already extensive offering to better serve our clients as a "one source" geo-technical and environmental contractor and fulfill all of our clients' underground project needs.
